History The Hotel Bellary was built in 1896 by a society of English missionaries, who held domain in an Indian City named Bellary. At the turn of the 19th century, it was visited mainly by members of the European nobility, since it was, at that time, one of the finest hotels on the spot. After changing hands frequently, the hotel was finally bought by the Schild-Nakajima family, who knows owns it in the fourth generation. |
